Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the sale of Funko Pop collectible figures by Popscityinc to you, the customer. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Product Description: We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions are error-free.

Order Processing: Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt and containing the details of your order. We will not process your order until payment has been received in full.

Payment: Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions are error-free.

Shipping Products in-stock: We will ship the products to the address provided by you at the time of ordering. We will ship the products to you as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of the date of your order.

Shipping Pre-orders: We will ship the pre-ordered products to the address provided by you at the time of ordering as soon as they become available. We will provide an estimated release date for the pre-order product, but this date is subject to change.

Returns and Refunds: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order submitted with more than one pre-order item, or with stock items in conjunction with pre-order items. By purchasing an item with **PRE-ORDER** in the title, you are purchasing a reserve copy of a product that has not yet been released. Your payment will be collected in full in order to secure your pre-order, and will not be refunded except in the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances out of our control. Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please note that cancelled Pre-orders after this time frame are subject to the order cancellation fee of 15%. If a customer cancels a pre-order and requests a refund, a 15% restocking fee will still apply even if the pre-order date was pushed back.

Condition of Products: Funko Pops are collectible figures and may show slight wear or imperfections. We will disclose any major damage or defects in the product description, but minor wear should be expected.

Liability: We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the products purchased from us.

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without notice.

Products Damaged in Transit

  1. Our company is not responsible for any damage that occurs to a product during transit. However, if you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  2. To file a claim for a damaged product, please email popscityhelp@gmail.com with a clear photograph of the damaged product, as well as a copy of the shipping invoice.
  3. We will review your claim and, if approved, we will either send a replacement product or issue a refund for the damaged product.
  4. Please note that if a product is damaged during transit due to improper packaging on the part of the customer, we will not be able to process a claim.
  5. All claims in regards to the damaged product must be submitted within 48 hours from when the package was delivered. Claims submitted after this time frame will not be accepted.
Our company reserves the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time without prior notice.
